The 2023 Ribble Valley Borough Council election took place on 4 May 2023, to elect all 40 members of Ribble Valley Borough Council in Lancashire, Northern England.[1]

Following the results, the Conservatives lost the council to no overall control, but the Conservatives remained the largest party.[2]
