Cipher Peons in Pokémon XD

Just like in Pokémon Colosseum, Cipher Peons are the main foot soldiers of Cipher that the player fights in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Similar to the "Grunts" of other criminal groups, the Peons are often seen in Cipher-controlled areas and will impede on the player's progress by blocking their way, ambushing them from the ceiling, or popping out from nowhere. In all encounters, they are fought in a Pokémon Double Battle, and many also use Shadow Pokémon that must be Snagged from them.

Unlike the Peons of Colosseum, all XD Peons wear white body armor with no color variation (save for the Hexagon Brothers), though the male Peons still wear bandannas and the female Peons wear leg-length boots. Naps and Cipher Cmdr Exol both wear variations on the standard Peon uniform.
