Horn Attack deals damage and has no secondary effect.

Horn attack can be used as part of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining extra four appeal points if move Leer was used in the prior turn. It can also be used to start a combination, causing Fury Attack and Horn Drill to give extra two appeal points if used in the next turn.

Horn Attack was the first move that was shown to be used in the anime. It was used by a Nidorino in the first episode.
Omanyte can learn this move in Generation I, despite having no visible horn or tusks. This is likely because its evolution, Omastar, has spikes on its body.
