Throat Chop (Japanese: じごくづき Hell Thrust) is a damage-dealing Dark-type move introduced in Generation VII. In Pokémon Sun and Moon, it was one of the signature moves of Incineroar. It is TR95 in Generation VIII.

Throat Chop inflicts damage and prevents the target from using sound-based moves for two turns. Status Z-Moves are unaffected by this effect.
