Previous season
The Jackrabbits finished the 2022 season with an overall record of 14–1 and a mark of 8–0 in conference play to place in first in the MVFC. The Jackrabbits beat North Dakota State 45–21 in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Game to win the FCS Championship, the first in team history.[1]
