It evolves from Sobble starting at level 16 and evolves into Inteleon starting at level 35.
Biology

Drizzile is a slim, lizard-like Pokémon. It is primarily blue with a white belly and a dark blue mark above it. It has lime green, two-digit hands and feet, with its hands resembling mittens. On its face, it has small nostrils, half-lidded eyes with green eyelids, a thin line connecting its eyes, and a blue dot next to each eye. On its head are three hairlike structures, two dark blue and one purple. One of the structures sticks up like a cowlick. The other two droop over the face and cover one eye, resembling “emo” bangs. Inside its mouth, Drizzile has a long tongue that can be used for attacking. Like its pre-evolved form, Sobble, it has a chameleon tail that swirls inward.
Drizzile uses special pores to create water balloons secreted from the moisture in its palms to attack. While it is highly intelligent, Drizzile is exceptionally lazy and prefers to not do anything unless it has to. It lays out traps everywhere to keep enemies out of its territory.[1] It stands on two legs, but it typically moves on all fours (though it can walk on two legs). As seen in the anime, it also has the ability to camouflage itself like its pre-evolved and evolved form.
In the anime

Goh's Drizzile
Drizzile made its debut in Not Too Close for Comfort!, where Goh's Sobble evolved into one, after which it resided at Cerise Laboratory until Detective Drizzile!, where it evolved into Inteleon. In JN090, Inteleon temporary devolved into Drizzile due to Dialga and Palkia's influence.

Trivia
Origin
Drizzile appears to be based on the veiled chameleon due to its color scheme being similar to that of the males. The way this species collects moisture on its body could explain its Water typing, and the way the water droplets drip from the top of its head into its mouth could resemble tears, which could explain the tear-like patches on Drizzle's face. Its color scheme also suggests that it may also be based on the Fiji crested iguana and the closely related Fiji banded iguana.
Name origin
Drizzile may be a combination of drizzle and reptile.
Jimereon may be a combination of じめじめ jimejime (damp, humid, clammy) and chameleon.
