Release date February 18, 2020 (Taiwan and Hong Kong)
February 27, 2020 (Thailand)

Information

The deck was first released in Taiwan and Hong Kong on February 18, 2020 shortly followed by a Thai release on February 27, 2020. Its structure is similar to previous randomly constructed decks and consists of 3 main groups: the first and second group typically center on 1 Pokémon type and include quantities of supporting basic Energy cards and sometimes Trainer cards. There are 18 possible varieties of the first group, each of which contains 18 cards with a guaranteed Pokémon-GX. The second group has 7 possible varieties comprising 16 cards each. The cards within each variety are always the same, though which 2 groups are ultimately packaged is random. The third group contains a random selection of 26 cards sourced from a pool of Trainer and Special Energy cards. This selection includes multiples of some cards.

Many of the cards included in the deck can also be found in the Double Burst expansion but differ by featuring their own collection number and symbol, no rarity symbols, and are all Non Holofoil. Each deck also comes with a rulesheet and a cardboard sheet containing damage counters, status markers, and a GX marker.
