Clearing the challenges allows the player to obtain a blue capsule containing a Mesprit.

Breloom is found exclusively in the capsule cage in the lower-right of the area.

When the stage begins, a two-part rocket is visible in the northeast part of the area. This rocket spawns Bonsly and Sewaddle, but destroying the lower half of the rocket causes the remainder to spit out Swadloon and Leavanny instead, later producing Shaymin (in Land Forme) if not completely destroyed. This is the only way these Pokémon will appear in the level, though Swadloon and Leavanny can be acquired already captured in the remains of a destroyed rocket.
