Katsuyuki Konishi (Japanese: 小西克幸 Konishi Katsuyuki) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.

Konishi had been a voice actor on Pokémon since the beginning of the series. He had provide the voices of many characters of the day as well as Pokémon. He has not had any new roles since the end of Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl, returning only to voice Cynthia's Garchomp in Pokémon the Series: Black & White and Lauren's Croagunk in Pokémon Journeys: The Series.
