Crush Grip (Japanese: にぎりつぶす Grip Crush) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation IV. It is the signature move of Regigigas.

Crush Grip deals damage. Its power varies between 1 and 121, and is greater the more HP the target has:

Crush Grip's power is now calculated as:
However, its power cannot be less than 1. Consequently, its power now varies between 1 and 120.
Generation VIII
In Versions 1.0 to 1.2.1 of Pokémon Sword and Shield, Crush Grip could not be selected in a battle. Starting with Version 1.3.0, it is usable and functions the same as it did in the previous generation.

In Explorers of Time, Darkness and Sky, Crush Grip is a move with 15 base power, 88% accuracy, and 6 PP. The user attacks enemy in the front, with the final damage being multiplied by ½ if the enemy's HP is at 75-51%, 51/256 (~0.2x) when at 50-26% and 25/256 (~0.1x) when at 25% or lower.
