People's Council of the Luhansk People's Republic
The People's Council of the Luhansk People's Republic[1][2] (Russian: Народный Совет Луганской Народной Республики, romanized: Narodnyy Sovet Luganskoy Narodnoy Respubliki), is the regional parliament of the Luhansk People's Republic, a disputed federal subject of Russia.[3][4]
