Release information

This Tretta was awarded as a prize to participants of the Pokémon Tretta Ultimate Series 2 Appearance~! Battle Score Cup ~Latios and Yveltal in Your Hands!~, held from June 13, 2015 for a limited time at participating stores. Unlike the previously held Energy Cup events, entrants faced one of two set teams (called "Patterns") and were tasked to achieve the highest score possible. As with the regular Battle and Catch and Challenge Battle game modes, points were awarded by defeating opposing Pokémon and having party Pokémon still able to battle at the end of Battle Mode. Players achieving the top three scores at each event were awarded a certificate. All participants were awarded either this Tretta or a Latios Tretta at random. The Battle Contest Simulator (Japanese: おためし! バトルスコアカップ Trial! Battle Score Cup) mode, which replaced the Energy Contest Simulator mode, was made available on Tretta machines starting May 29, 2015 to allow players to practice for the event. The teams in each Pattern are detailed below.

Pattern 1
Mega Banette
Shadow Claw
Mega Latios
Draco Meteor
Mega Mawile
Play Rough
Pattern 2
Mega Steelix
Iron Tail
Yveltal
Oblivion Wing
Mega Slowbro
Zen Headbutt
