Release information
In Japan, this card was 1 of 4 SM-P Promotional cards released as part of the Riding on the Sea Breeze campaign, a celebration of the reopening of Pokémon Center Yokohama on November 9, 2018, which moved from Landmark Plaza to Marui City Yokohama. This card was given to customers who purchased eligible items from any Pokémon Center, Pokémon Store, or from the Pokémon Center Online from the opening day for as long as stocks lasted. The Pokémon Center Yokohama logo is also present on the card.

Electro Ball is a move in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn. The Riding on the Sea Breeze campaign featured 3 Pikachu mascots clad in sailor outfits. This card features Impish Pikachu on board a Wishiwashi-themed boat. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Moon.
