This card was one of the SM Black Star Promos included in the Team Up Three Pack Blisters, available February 1, 2019. In Japan, this card was released as one of the SM-P Promotional cards and was given to participants of the 2018 Pokémon Japan Championships, which took place at the Makuhari Messe convention center on June 9 and 10, 2018.
