Release information

This disk could be obtained by successfully capturing Torracat while playing the Alola League Champion Course, which was playable from September 16 to November 3, 2019 on all updated consoles. As a tie in with the Pokémon anime, the illustration features Ash and his Torracat as well as the Japanese Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon logo. A promotional transparent purple lamé version of this disk was 1 of 5 possible disks later given away to winners of a lottery announced following the Japanese broadcast of Enter the Champion! on September 15, 2019. The application period was open until September 22, 2019 and required people to call a telephone line to enter. 200 copies of this disk were distributed as part of the lottery, which winners received in late November 2019.

Origin

This Torracat is based on Ash's Torracat as it appears in the anime's Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon. Fire Fang is a move that Torracat can use in the anime and one it can learn in the games.
