Release information
This card was included in the Sword & Shield expansion with artwork by Kouki Saitou, first released in the Japanese Sword expansion. It was reprinted, alongside a new print with artwork by Kagemaru Himeno featuring the Shiny version of Thievul, in the Japanese Shiny Star V subset. The Shiny print was later included in the Shining Fates expansion.

Thief is a move in the Pokémon games that Thievul can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sword. The Shining Fates print features the Shiny version of Thievul.
