As long as Staraptor is your Active Pokémon, any damage done by attacks from your opponent's Stage 2 Evolved Pokémon is reduced by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).

Trivia

This card later received an erratum to change the Protect Wing Poké-BODY by removing the word "Evolved", allowing damage done by Stage 2 Pokémon put into play through effects such as Garchomp LV.X's Restore attack to be reduced.
