This card was released as one of the SWSH Black Star Promos to celebrate Bidoof Day. In order to obtain this card, only customers who were signed up to receive the Pokémon newsletter prior to July 1st, 2021 received an invitation to express their interest in the Special Delivery Bidoof Promo Card. Emails regarding the code were sent in waves and are no longer available.
