This card was included in the Neo Revelation expansion. In Japan, it was one of nine Unnumbered Promotional cards available in the Premium File 3, released on November 23, 2000.

This card's artwork is part of a joint illustration that includes Lugia and Ho-Oh. In Japan, a set of three postcards featuring the ensemble artwork from all the Premium File 3 cards were distributed in Volume 11 of Pokémon Card Trainers magazine, released on May 1, 2001.
