This card was included in the Next Destinies Blisters, as a Cosmos Holofoil card, and in the Dark Explorers Blisters, as a Non Holofoil card. In Japan, it was given at random, alongside Meowth and Luxio, to those who purchase five booster packs of either Psycho Drive or Hail Blizzard. The Japanese print has the Psycho Drive and Hail Blizzard expansion logos on the bottom of the artwork.
