Release information

This card was one of seven S-P Promotional cards available in Pokémon Card Gym Promo Card Pack 9, which was distributed at Pokémon Card Gym venues able to do so from January 2022. This card features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.

Trivia

The illustrator is erroneously credited as AYUMI ODASHIMA instead of Ken Sugimori. This error was addressed in an apology statement uploaded to the official Japanese Pokémon Card website on January 7, 2022.[1]

Origin

Riley is a Pokémon Trainer from Sinnoh. He is one of five Trainers who can join the player during an event in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.
