Rikako

(Japanese: ミツオダ・リカコ Rikako Mitsuoda) is a character of the day who appeared in Rough, Tough Jigglypuff. She lives in a small Kanto town with her husband Mitch Mitchum and their young daughter Lisa.

The subject of this article has no official English name.
The name currently in use is a fan romanization of the Japanese name.

Rikako

She took care of the household for over six months while her husband looked for a Jigglypuff that he could give to Lisa as a birthday present. She was glad to see him return, and even more surprised to see an actual Jigglypuff float into the backyard before deciding to join the family.
