Release information

This card was released as one of the Wizards Black Star Promos, originally released as one of the Japanese P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was available as an insert with the January 2002 issue of CoroCoro Comic, released on December 15, 2001. The English version was first available at Pokémon Center New York in November 2002. This version has a "Pokémon Center NY" stamp underneath the illustration. Another version lacking the stamp was available as an insert with the November 2002 issue of Nintendo Power magazine.
