Card text

Attach this card to 1 of your Pokémon that has Pryce in its name. That Pokémon may use this card's attack instead of its own. At the end of your turn, discard Pryce's Technical Machine 01.

Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. If tails, this attack does 10 damage to each of your Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness or Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

The TM cards featured in this expansion are based upon the system in which players are rewarded a Gym Leader's favored TM upon defeating them. In the Pokémon games, Pryce gives out TM16 (Icy Wind) in Generation II, and TM07 (Hail) in Generation IV. Blizzard is a move in the Pokémon games, appearing as TM14.
