This card was included in the Sun & Moon expansion, released in Japan as a Water-Web Holo SM-P Promo, with artwork by Kagemaru Himeno. The Japanese print was made available in the Primarina Special Set, released January 27, 2017. An exclusive Cracked Ice Holofoil print was included in the English Bright Tide Theme Deck.
