This Tretta was given away with any purchase at Pokémon Center Tokyo between January 31 and March 1, 2015 as part of the Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo "Mega Campaign 2". Pikachu will appear normal when scanned, but will mock "Mega Evolve" and appear with its Mega Charizard Y poncho at the start of Round 1 in Battle Mode.

On the reverse of the Tretta, the words "Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo" are present where left and right move slots usually are.
