If your Active Pokémon is a Baby Pokémon and your opponent announces an attack, your opponent flips a coin (before doing anything else). If tails, your opponent's turn ends.

Release information

This card was one of six available through the Pokémon Happy Adventure Rally 2002, which ran on the JR East Yamanote Line from August 3 to August 18, 2002. Pichu could be obtained at the booth present at Shinjuku Station.
