Muneo Saitō
Muneo Saitō (Japanese: 斉藤 むねお) is the manga author of the manga series Pokémon Gold & Silver: The Golden Boys.
He has also worked for Game Freak as a Pokémon designer since Generation II, with Raikou, Entei, and Suicune as the notable ones.[1] During his playthrough of Pokémon Gold and Silver, he chose Totodile as his starter.
