This card was included in the English Rising Rivals expansion, originating as one of the Japanese DP-P Promotional cards. In Japan, this card was included in Exciting Pokémon Packs sold at participating Domino's Pizza chains. The first promotional period ran from September 1 until October 2, 2008, during which orders contained a copy of this card and a red Munchlax-themed deck box. The second period ran from October 3 until October 30, 2008. Orders during this period contained a copy of this card and a red Munclax and Snorlax-themed deck box.
