This card was made available in the English Mega Diancie-EX Premium Collection exclusively at Target stores starting January 5, 2015, with availability elsewhere starting February 4, 2015. In Japan, it was released as one of the XY-P Promotional cards and available in the M Diancie-EX Special Pack, released on November 21, 2014.
