This disk could be obtained by successfully capturing Lugia while playing the Pokémon Center Special Course, which was available to play on Pokémon Ga-Olé machines present at all Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores across Japan between June 8 and July 3, 2019 in conjunction with the My251 Campaign.
