Release information

This card is one of the 22 cards first released in August 2011 in the English Emerging Powers expansion before the release of their Japanese prints. The corresponding Japanese print was released in September 2011 as one of the BW-P Promotional cards for the Bandai Pokémon Kids Special toy promotion. It was later reprinted as another BW-P Promotional card that was one of four cards given out at random starting December 25, 2012 at 7 Eleven stores in Japan to those who purchased at least four booster packs of Dragon Blast, Dragon Blade, Freeze Bolt, Cold Flare, Plasma Gale, Spiral Force, or Thunder Knuckle.
