Kotono Mitsuishi
Kotono Mitsuishi (Japanese 三石琴乃 Mitsuishi Kotono,) is a Japanese voice actress for the Pokémon anime.

Biography
Mitsuishi was born on December 8, 1967, in Tokyo, Japan, and she became a voice actress as an adult. She first started her work early on in the series. Her first role was that of Duplica's Ditto, and she later provided the voice of all Azumarill that appeared in the show. Her most major human role was that of Domino in Mewtwo Returns.
