Kimie
Kimie lives in the town of Eggseter with her husband Mr. Shellby. She was holding an Elekid Egg when Mr. Shellby took Ash and his friends to their house at the Shellby Ranch. She was next seen speaking to Brock about Pokémon Breeding while Ash was practicing for the Extreme Pokémon Race.
She hosted the race alongside Mr. Shellby. During the race, Kimie witnessed Team Rocket's balloon fall onto the ranch with Arcanine freed from their net. After Ash defeated Team Rocket and won the race, Mr. Shellby rewarded Ash with a Phanpy Egg, and Kimie and her husband waved Ash and his friends goodbye.
