Card text

Attach this card to 1 of your Pokémon that has Jasmine in its name. That Pokémon may use this card's attack instead of its own. At the end of your turn, discard Jasmine's Technical Machine 01.

Flip a coin. If heads, remove 3 damage counters from each of your Pokémon that has any on it. If tails, remove 1 damage counter from each of your Pokémon that has any on it. (If a Pokémon has fewer damage counters than that, remove all of them from that Pokémon.)

The TM cards featured in this expansion are based upon the system in which players are rewarded a Gym Leader's favored TM upon defeating them. In the Pokémon games, Jasmine gives out TM23 (Iron Tail).
