Release information

This card was included in the Emerging Powers expansion. It was released as the Emerging Powers Prerelease promo. A gold foil stamped "Staff" print was also given to those overseeing the event. In Japan, this card was available in a ten card random pack released during the February 2011 Gym Challenge. It features the Gym Challenge logo for the 2010-2011 season on the bottom right of the illustration.
