Release information

This card was released as both a regular sized and Jumbo sized promotional card in the Garchomp-EX Box released April 1, 2014. In Japan, it was released as one of the XY-P Promotional cards and was one of four possible promotional cards given to customers who purchased ¥1000 worth of Pokémon Card Game products at participating stores as part of the Corocoro Presents: XY Super Hot Start-Up Campaign, which launched on December 13, 2013 in celebration of the release of Collection X • Collection Y. This card features the campaign logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork.

Trivia

The English version of this card is one of few Pokémon-EX cards to be printed with a matte finish rather than the glossy finish typical of Pokémon-EX cards.
