Release information

This card was included in the English Rising Rivals expansion, first released in the Infernape Half Deck of the Japanese Infernape vs Gallade SP Deck Kit. A Cracked Ice Reverse Holofoil print of the English card was later released in the Value Box in November 2009.

Elite Four member Flint owns a level 55 Flareon in Pokémon Platinum. Tackle is a move in the Pokémon games that Flareon can learn. Fire Tail Slap is an attack that first appeared on Blaine's Charmander from Gym Challenge. The interior of Flint's room in Sinnoh's Pokémon League as it appears in Pokémon Platinum is featured in the illustration.
