This card was included in the Vivid Voltage expansion with artwork by Eri Yamaki, first released in the Japanese Amazing Volt Tackle expansion. A Cosmos Holofoil version was included in the Eevee Collector Chest. It was reprinted in the Japanese VMAX Climax subset alongside a Full Art Secret print with artwork by You Iribi.

Fire Mane is an attack that first appeared on Blaine's Rapidash from Gym Challenge. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sword. Blue is featured in the VMAX Climax Full Art Secret print's illustration, who can use a Flareon in Pokémon Yellow.
