Release information
In Japan, this card was first available as an Unnumbered Promotional card alongside Dugtrio and was included in copies of Easily Understand How to Play Pokémon Cards: Latest Edition, released on November 13, 1998. It was later reprinted in the Japanese Pokémon Web expansion using the e-Card Series layout.

The original print of this card is commonly known as Asobikata Diglett in reference to the publication it was available in, which can be translated as how to play.
Origin
Peck is a move in the Pokémon games, though Diglett cannot learn it. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Green.
