Release information
This card was included in the BREAKpoint expansion, first released in the Japanese Rage of the Broken Heavens expansion. This print is a Regular print and has artwork by Yusuke Ohmura. This print and a Full Art print with different artwork by Sanosuke Sakuma were later included in The Best of XY subset in Japan. The Full Art print was released in English in the Premium Trainer's XY Collection as a Yellow A Alternate card. In Japan, the Regular print was reprinted in the Ultra Sun Deck Build Box. A new Yellow A Alternate art print with artwork by Megumi Mizutani was included in the Battle Arena Decks—Mega Charizard X vs. Mega Blastoise, with the copy in the Mega Blastoise Deck being Sheen Holofoil.

Trivia
A ruling effective February 15, 2019 banned this card from the Expanded format. A combination of this card, Red Card, and Peeking Red Card on the first turn would effectively make the opponent lose before their turn.

Delinquent is a class of Trainer in the Pokémon games. Mauville City is featured in the BREAKpoint print's illustration.
