Pokémon now has the effect "If the Pokémon Darkness Energy is attached to attacks, the attack does 10 more damage to the Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance)." You can't use more than 1 Dark Shadow Poké-Body each turn.

The Defending Pokémon is now Asleep. Flip 2 coins instead of 1 between turns. If either of them is tails, the Defending Pokémon is still Asleep. If both of them are tails, the Defending Pokémon is Knocked Out.

Put this card onto your Active Darkrai. Darkrai LV.X can use any attack, Poké-Power, or Poké-Body from its previous Level.

Release information

This card was included in the English Great Encounters expansion, first released in the Japanese Shining Darkness expansion. It was later reprinted as one of the DP Black Star Promos with English-exclusive artwork by the same artist which was released previously in February 2008 as one of the Cosmo Holofoil cards available in the 2008 Spring Collector's Tins. A Cosmos Holofoil of the original print was later included in the Clash of Legends Box in November 2010.

Trivia

Darkrai's Poké-BODY essentially turns the recently released Basic Darkness Energy into a copy of its Special counterpart.
The artwork used on the DP Black Star Promo print was originally used for the Shining Darkness promotional desktop wallpaper.
