Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned; if tails, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed.

This card was included in the Team Rocket expansion as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil card, first released in the Japanese Rocket Gang expansion as a Holofoil card. The Non Holofoil print was later reprinted in the Japanese Pokémon Web expansion.

Although this Pokémon is level 24, Koffing does not evolve into Weezing until level 35.
This card's Mass Explosion attack erroneously refers to the plural of Koffing and Weezing as Koffings and Weezings.
