Release information

This card was included in the Team Rocket expansion as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil card, first released in the Japanese Rocket Gang expansion as a Holofoil card. The Holofoil print was later reprinted in the Legendary Collection expansion.

Trivia

About 5000 of the Holofoil Team Rocket prints were printed as Non Holofoil. These error cards, as well as the normal Holofoil print, have the Energy Cost for the Giant Tail attack vertically misaligned.
Although this Pokémon is level 33, Dragonair does not evolve into Dragonite until level 55.
