In Japan, this card was available as an insert with the Can You Name All the Pokémon Neo? CD, released on June 28, 2000. The card was never released in English.

Trivia

  • The card features the Pikachu Records logo in place of an expansion symbol.
  • This is one of several 'spoof' cards that are featured exclusively in Japanese releases.
  • The card text on the bottom of the card border reads: "Pokémon CD "Can You Name All the Pokémon Neo?" extra card".
  • This was the first card to depict a character with portions of their body protruding of the character window, which was not seen again until the release of Pokémon in 2004.
  • This card has the highest HP of any printed card, though there is an arrow pointing to it saying "lie."
