This card was included in the Ultra Prism expansion, first released in the Japanese Ultra Sun expansion. It was reprinted in the Japanese Tag All Stars subset.

Trivia

This card received an erratum on January 24, 2018 that corrected the restrictions on playing the card. It can only be played if the player's Active Pokémon is a or Pokémon.

Origin

Cyrus is the boss of Team Galactic in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. The requirement for a or Active Pokémon most likely refer to the types of Palkia and Dialga, both of which Cyrus tried to control at some point.
