This puck was awarded as a prize to those who presented a Memory Key with a record of at least three V Battle wins to Pokémon booth attendants at the 35th Next Generation World Hobby Fair during winter 2012. The World Hobby Fair took place at the Kyocera Dome Osaka, Osaka on January 15, 2012; at Makuhari Messe, Chiba on January 21 and 22, 2012; at the Nagoya Dome, Nagoya on January 29, 2012; and at the Fukuoka Yahoo! Japan Dome, Fukuoka on February 5, 2012. It was later awarded at several subsequent events.
