This card was released in the English EX Delta Species expansion as a Secret Box Topper, originating as one of the Japanese PCG-P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was included alongside Pichu Bros. in the VHS and DVD releases of Pikachu's Summer Festival on June 25, 2005.
