This figure is based on Groundbreakers Armaldo. Swift Swim and Battle Armor are both Abilities in the Pokémon games that Armaldo can have. Aqua Jet, Protect, and Iron Tail are all moves in the Pokémon games that Armaldo can learn, the first one as an Egg Move. Savage Spin-Out and Continental Crush are Z-Moves in the games that Armaldo can use by equipping Buginium Z and Rockium Z, respectively.
