Origin

Multitype is an Ability in the Pokémon games that Arceus can have. Extreme Speed, Judgment, and Return are all moves in the games, although Arceus cannot learn the last one. Breakneck Blitz is a Z-Move in the games that Arceus can use by equipping Normalium Z.
